Before answering this question, I suggest you calm down and think carefully about these three questions:
- Have we overestimated the huge impact of AI on the world, or even the time it takes to completely subvert the world? Maybe yes.
- Do we understand the operating mechanism of AI that is changing the world? Maybe not. - Are we ready for the new world order brought by AI? Maybe not enough.
For companies, I suggest two ways of playing.
The first is obvious, and everyone can think of it - using AI to transform and optimize traditional businesses. If you run fast and have a thick blood tank, you can run down with the first hand.
The second is hidden, which is a complete innovation from 0 to 1. It taps into hidden needs. The market space is vague, and giants and masters can't think of or look down on it.
Two ways of playing, each based on ability. The obvious card is the stock market, new bottles with old wine, which requires speed, bayonet, and defense. The hidden card is an incremental market that has not been verified and requires sharp insight, innovation, and the ability to break through.
For the first type, the company's top priority is to form or rebuild an AI team, including IT personnel, prompt engineers, business personnel, and senior leaders to comprehensively consider strategic arrangements and tactical details.
